Summer is always busy with four kids out of school and all of their Pony Club and Polo activities—it is huge fun, and I definitely get my daily steps in. I focused on training with my horses, allowing Moony a little time to gain strength and consolidating work with Issey.

We have several shows booked for autumn and winter, the first of which was at Hagen, one of my favourite venues. I was also really happy to be able to take all my new Cavallo clothing with me—I’m so happy to now be one of their supported riders. Moony loves his outfits, too.

Hagen was a great show for consolidating learning plus it gave us the opportunity to compete under floodlights, which was experience both of the boys needed. Moony is definitely feeling stronger and the partnership with Issey is getting more solid as we know each other more intimately.

We had some great scores and comments from the judges. We are looking forward to the next outing later in October.
